RSS Feeds
What are RSS feeds?

RSS news feeds allow you to view all of the new content on our webpages without even having to visit our site! RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication” and is the name given to a webpage designed to be read by a computer so that it can be transferred to a news feed.
The following pages on the Embassy website can be used in this way:
- Embassy blog
- News
- Press releases
- Commercial news
- Events & exhibitions
- Business opportunities
- Culture events
If you don’t yet have a newsreader service…
Download or sign-up to a newsreader service, such as Bloglines or Google reader, where you can sign up and bring your feeds together. Alternatively, you can download a feed reader programme such as Feedreader 3 or NewsFire. After clicking on the RSS icon then either drag the URL into your newsreader or copy and paste the URL.
